Quick-Set Size 40
Quick-Set size 40 is the largest and most robust of the Quick-Set framing profile system. The dovetail design can accommodate larger loads than standard T-slot connections. Size 40 is ideal where precise, rigid framework is required.

Quick-Set Size 30
Quick-Set size 30 is most suitable for building chassis, frames, or sub-structures for Montech conveyors and conveyor systems. A wide variety of standard components exist to make even the most challenging structures easy to integrate and reconfigure when required.

Quick-Set Size 20
Quick-Set size 20 is ideal for attaching accessories to a conveyor frame or chassis. Monitors, machine vision systems, etc. are easily locked-in-place, or moved due to the dovetail design.

Safety Devices
Montech Safety barriers protect employees, yet allow for easy access for equipment maintenance and repair. Based upon the Quick-Set profile framing system, they are available as either a Safety Hood or Safety Wall.
The Safety Hood SH encloses four sides of a hazardous area, plus an optional roof. The Safety Wall SW protects one side. Each system can be easily lifted to gain access to machinery.
