CONVEYORS
Tb30 SINGLE-BELT-CONVEYOR
The TB30 conveyor in single-belt configuration is an all-around great choice for conveying applications in many industries. Because of its modular design, the conveyor provides the basis for application- specific solutions that can be easily modified or reconfigured in the future when conveying requirements change.
TB30 DUAL-BELT-CONVEYOR
In addition to conventional product transport, the TB30 double-belt conveyor is particularly well suited for operations from underneath the product – like inspection, or assembly from below, as well as for edge transport of sensitive products.
TB30 TANDEM CONVEYOR
The TB30 conveyor in tandem configuration is ideal for the transport of larger pallets and other dimensionally stable, bulky products. The width and the position of the support surfaces are customized to achieve the optimal contact area for the product. The two conveyor chassis are connected by an elastomer coupling and are driven cost-efficiently with a single motor.
RB40 ROLLER CONVEYOR
The RB40 gravity roller conveyor transports containers, cartons, skids and other loads with flat, rigid bottom surfaces. Load capacity ranges up to 150 kg/m.
The roller conveyor is a completion to the TB40 conveyor and is therefore geometrically and optically matched to it. The desired slope can be quickly set with the adjustable feet.
KTB MINIDRIVE CONVEYOR
Montech’s KTB Minidrive Conveyors are used to carry parts to or from various manufacturing stations, or they can be combined with other units to form complete production lines.
TB CONVEYOR
TB Conveyors are used to carry parts to or from various manufacturing stations, or they can be combined with other units to form complete production lines. Due to their modular design, Montech conveyors are suitable for customer-specific transport solutions. TB conveyors also form the basis of our longitudinal transfer systems.
GTB MAX CONVEYOR
GTB Max Conveyors are used to carry parts to or from various manufacturing stations, or they can be combined with other units to form complete transport systems.
The system’s modular construction allows for simple adaptations to meet specific customer requirements.
